La Principauté de Liège is a craft distillery located in Liege, Belgium. It produces a range of artisanal spirits, including gin, vodka, absinthe and rum, as well as liqueurs and aperitifs. One of their most popular products is their gin. It is distilled from a combination of juniper, hops, coriander, cardamom, elderberries and other herbs. The result is a fresh and balanced gin with notes of citrus and pine. They also make an organic rum aged for three years in oak barrels revisited with a cherry infusion. La Principauté de Liège also offers a handcrafted organic aperitif with flavours of melon, rhubarb, blood orange and herbs: "Emotion One".
