La Principauté de Liège is a craft distillery located in Liege, Belgium. It produces a range of artisanal spirits, including gin, vodka, absinthe and rum, as well as liqueurs and aperitifs. The distillery uses local ingredients, such as juniper, hops and local botanicals, to create craft spirits with their own character.
The distillery was founded by friends with a passion for spirits. They started experimenting with small-scale distillation in their flat and over time their passion grew. It has now become a thriving business that has won numerous awards for the quality of its products.
One of their most popular products is their gin. It is distilled from a combination of juniper, hops, coriander, cardamom, elderberries and other herbs. The result is a fresh and balanced gin with notes of citrus and pine. They also make an organic rum aged for three years in oak barrels revisited with a cherry infusion. La Principauté de Liège also offers a handcrafted organic aperitif with flavours of melon, rhubarb, blood orange and herbs: "Emotion One".
