Le Gin de Binche

Binche Gin is produced by a Belgian craft distillery located in the town of Binche, Wallonia. The distillery was founded in 2017 by a couple, Jérôme and Céline, who are passionate about distillation and the history of the town of Binche.

Binche Gin is distinguished by its subtle and balanced taste, with notes of juniper, citrus and coriander. It is also known for its smoothness and velvety texture in the mouth. Indeed, their gin is produced from 12 botanicals that are carefully selected.

The gin is available in several variations, including the original version, raspberry-infused gin, grapefruit-infused gin and spiced gin. In addition, the gin is distilled slowly and in small batches to ensure optimal taste and quality.
Jérôme and Céline are environmentally conscious and, day by day, the couple aim to minimise their impact on the planet by selecting local ingredients.
