Lindemans is a Belgian family brewery founded in 1822, located in Vlezenbeek. It specialises in the production of Lambic beers, gueuzes, Kriek and fruit lambics, but also in the production of spirits such as gin.
The brewery and distillery is located on a farm that has been in the family for 200 years. It is emblematic for its rustic look and unusual beauty, making it a historical place to visit in Belgium. The brewery is also known for using the spontaneous fermentation method to make its beers, which requires much more storage space and patience than more traditional fermentation methods.
Lindemans organises weekday tours so that people can come and discover the family's centuries-old know-how and their brewing secrets.
