De Cort distillery is located in Pepingen in the hilly landscape of Pajottenland in Belgium. It specialises in the production of artisanal spirits using local ingredients and traditional recipes.
Their product range is 100% organic, promotes the short circuit and includes brandies, gin, vodka, pastis, genever and a non-alcoholic drink, all handmade in small quantities.
The alcohol they use is made in-house, using local agricultural raw materials. The stills used for the production are made of copper, and the distillation is rather slow, which favours the extraction of the flavours and the roundness in the mouth of the spirits produced.
The distillery also offers guided tours and tastings to discover the history and secrets of their production process, as well as to taste their products. They also hold open days where you are invited to delve into their history and discover their centuries-old traditions.
