Clover Gin is a family owned and operated craft gin distillery located in Kalmthout, Belgium. The distillery was founded in 2016 by the three Ickroth sisters. After a journey of more than eight months to find the perfect recipe for their gin, they now offer us three variations of gin. Drawing on their shared childhood, they describe themselves as a three-leaf clover, each as an individual, but linked to a common stem.
The three-leaf clover is the design on their bottles, which are made from recycled glass. Indeed, protecting the environment is one of the main values of their company. In addition, the sisters strive to work with local products to minimise their environmental impact and to promote the short circuit.
Clover Gin is distinguished by its unique taste, which is fresh, floral and spicy. The combination of herbs and spices gives this gin a depth of flavour and a unique character.
