Braeckman is a craft distillery located in East Flanders. Founded in 1918 by Achiel Braeckman, it produces high quality spirits such as gin, jenever and whisky.
Their flagship product is "Blauwe Duif", an unaged jenever whose recipe has remained unchanged for three generations. It is distilled in traditional copper stills from juniper berries, barley malt and pure water. The result is a rich, full-bodied genever.
In addition to being known for their genever, Braeckman has diversified into a wide range of products, such as liqueurs, aperitifs and whisky. Through their traditional distillation process, the distillery also uses local and sustainable ingredients to produce high quality spirits.
