Characteristics:
"Smells Like Brussels Spirit" is a collaboration between four Brussels breweries and Brussels Distillery.
In collaboration with En Stoemelings, La Source, No Science and Brussels Beer Project, we prevented 1000 liters of beer from going down the drain and being bottled again as Brussels spirit. Only 1400 bottles of "beer water" were produced.
At 37.5%, the spirit falls somewhere between a peket and a gin. Inspired by our beloved house, it is infused with iris flowers, but also a touch of Java pepper, orange peel, coriander and cardamom.

To be drunk dry, on ice or in cocktails.
