Bonespéreuse is the result of a maceration of plants in the tradition of the great abbey liqueurs. Angelica, one of our secret plants, is a must on the fields of the Abbey of Good Hope. In the Middle Ages, doctors called it the root of the Holy Spirit. It would have magical virtues against many diseases.
Bonespéreuse can be enjoyed as a digestive, in cocktails, chilled or at room temperature.
