The Brasserie du Renard is a Belgian micro-brewery located in the village of Pécrot, in the province of Walloon Brabant. Founded in 2014 by Stéphane Vlaminck, a brewing engineer and craft beer enthusiast. The brewery's mission is to offer high quality beers, made from natural ingredients and respecting brewing traditions.
The Brasserie du Renard's range of beers is varied and includes lagers, browns, whites, ambers and seasonal beers. All beers are brewed with quality malts and hops, as well as local spring water. The brews are made in stainless steel tanks, and refermentation in the bottle results in beers rich in flavour and aroma. They also produce spirits, such as pastis du Pécrot, which is a home-made drink created by them.
The Brewery is a cooperative to encourage human exchange and to continue the adventure together. They also offer guided tours of their brewery, where customers can discover the brewing process, as well as taste the different beers in the range. The brewery also organises tasting events, theme evenings and participates in numerous beer festivals in Belgium and abroad.
