Nona Drinks is based in Ghent, Belgium and is founded in 2018 by Charlotte Matthys who is passionate about nature and product innovation. Nona Drinks is derived from the prefix "nona", which means nine in Greek. This refers to her first and by far her most successful product: Nona June, a gin with nine ingredients. Charlotte offers alcohol-free spirits. To make her spirits, Nona drinks uses an innovative and very demanding distillation process as it is more complex to get the flavours out when there is no alcohol.
Thanks to Charlotte and her team, you can make sophisticated cocktails with non-alcoholic spirits without moving away from the taste that the cocktail had when it contained alcohol.
