Enigma is a Belgian craft distillery based in the province of Walloon-Brabant. Enigma was created by Anthony Gossiaux and Arnaud Sartor, two long time friends. After a trip to the Irish distilleries to observe their unique distillation process, they decided to start producing artisanal and organic spirits in order to be in line with the current climate issues.
It is a subtle, 100% organic gin, made from 12 carefully selected plants and spices from a mix of North East Asia and Europe. These include Ginseng, Coriander, Elderberry, Cardamom, Juniper and Ginger. All these plants are grown according to strict organic standards, which guarantees the quality of the ingredients used.
